In this Utopian heaven that is Mumbai, we present Brewbot! Our friendly neighborhood robot deployed to save the world with artisanal craft beers! Boasting of being the first and most exclusive Brew Pub in Mumbai suburbs;, we offer the best artisanal craft beers in India. They are prepared from grain to glass at the restaurant itself, right in front of our guests!

Respecting tradition, sourcing the best raw materials and innovating our process has enabled us to brew various styles that provide our consumer with the ultimate sensory experience. To put it simply our brews are unique, with loads of aroma’s, authentic character as per style and most importantly they taste absolutely delicious.

We care… and believe that the best things in life are worth the wait. This is why our beers are fermented and conditioned for longer periods of time ranging from 2.5 to 5 weeks depending on the style. More so, due to the optimum conditioning times our beers arecarbonatednaturally. In order to facilitate the delivery of the best craft beer consistently, we import100 percentof our malts, hops and yeastfrom premium destinations like Germany, Belgium, UK, USA and Australasia, so that our styles stay authentic to their origins.

Brewbot is proud to state that our craft beers do not containany preservatives or additives,nor do we filter our beers, making Brewbot one of the few craft breweries in the country to follow the finest international brewing practices. For us at Brewbot, it all comes down to the quality and flavor of what is in your glass,the botsnever compromise on their beers! … Nor should you!

Ketan always knew his calling was in the Hospitality Industry. He is not only the co-founder, but also leads the day-to- day operations at Brewbot Mumbai. Having spent his early days at Mayo College Ajmer in Rajasthan, he moved to Switzerland to pursue his Swiss Higher Diploma from IHTTI in Neuchatel. In addition to this he also holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in International Hospitality and Tourism Management from Bournemouth University, U.K. Ketan gained a multitude of international experience in the US, Europe and the Gulf before returning back to India where he worked, set-up and built several brands. Ketan specializes in overall operations of the restaurant and posses more than 17 years of experience in the Hospitality Industry.

Coming from a business background,Ansh has always been a Superman with numbers, which means that Beer was probably his Kryptonite! Having completed his Swiss Hotel Association Diploma and Bachelors in Business Administration in Finance from Les Roaches, Switzerland he moved on to work in the UK, India and Switzerland. His passion for craft beer was fueled by travel and exposure to styles ranging from English Pale Ale’s to German style Hefeweizen to Belgian Dubbel’s, which got him on his way to set up Brewbot Mumbai. At the BOT he leads administrative functions and his dream is to eradicate sub standard beers from around the World, starting Mumbai!

Since a young age Anand always found himself making his way to the kitchen. His passion for hospitality landed him in Switzerland, where he achieved a Swiss Hotel Association Diploma followed by his Bachelors in International Hospitality Management and Entrepreneurship from Les Roches. In the pursuit of furthering his knowledge in the culinary field he completed his basic to superior in cuisine and pastry from Les Cordon Bleu, London. Having worked in the kitchen around UK, Europe and in India, he has trained with several Michelin starred chefs and now leads the kitchen at our flagship facility in Andheri West!
